I’m JoElle, a proud Washington native who grew up in Sequim and now happily calls Lake Stevens home. Family, connection, and community have always been at the heart of who I am. As a mom, I’m grateful to be entering a new chapter of life—watching my children pursue their passions and step confidently into their futures. My son is attending Montana State University, studying Fish & Wildlife Management, and my daughter, Kendra, recently completed her business degree and is now transitioning into nursing. Her academic journey began at Arizona State University, and I’m incredibly proud of her drive, dedication, and heart for helping others.

 

My professional career began in 2001 with over a decade in Law Enforcement, where I developed strong problem-solving, negotiation, and investigative skills. As my focus shifted toward family, I found a natural transition into Real Estate—where those same skills are invaluable. With more than 12 years of real estate experience, and extensive knowledge of Snohomish, King, Pierce, Clallam, and Whatcom Counties, I confidently guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the process.

 

Results matter, and my track record reflects that commitment. In both 2024 and 2025, I was a Top Producer in dollar volume and total transactions, and I was also recognized as a Zillow Premier Top-Agent, reflecting consistent performance, responsiveness, and high client satisfaction. Outside of real estate, life is full and exciting. I’m engaged and will be getting married on July 11, 2026. My fiancé and I are avid travelers and passionate football fans. We love cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, attending country and rock concerts, and making the most of every opportunity to explore and create lasting memories together.
